My other wheelset (DT-Swiss ALU) broke and buying the same new set costs the same amount of money as the EIE carbon set. I've had very good (email and whatsapp) contact with Pretty! Because I have a eMTB and am a big guy I have chosen for the strongest possible option (DH) while still being very light! I also ride bikeparks (Winterberg) with it and it still holds well. If there are any negative points to say: - I've chosen the "matt" look. But i could still see some stripes of the carbon waves. (as you can see in one of the close-up pictures). - I asked if 2 spare spokes could be included (and they forgot). I wish I did this earlier. The ride charistics have improven very much. The negative points are nothing compared to that. Positive points: - Good communication (fast within 24 hours) - Good pricing - Strong hold (really DH worthy!) - Included rimtape (I forgot to add and Pretty arranged this for me) - Good advise on which spokes and carbon version to choose from I will definitely buy here again! 4.5 out of 5 stars IMO.
