DPD Service (Taxes Prepaid Service For The Most European Countries)
DPD service is the shipping way that can include all import duties, taxes and VAT for the European customer.This service does not require any actions from buyer for customs clearance process.The parcels will be delivered to customer’s door directly.
DPD delivery time is about 2-3 weeks.

DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS (Fastest Service)

DHL/FedEx /TNT/UPS Service are the faster shipping but the cost are expensive.For urgent delivery orders ,you could go with these shipping service.Please reach out to us before you place the order.
Delivery time is about 3-5 business days.
Notes Of Delivery Time
1.Time of delivery as indicated above is just for reference.Please understand that the actual delivery times sometimes be affected by uncertain factors such as holidays, weather and custom acceptance, which is out of our control.Also,deliveries to remote areas may increase delivery time.
2.If you go with EMS /FedEx/DHL/UPS/TNT these shipping service.The import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. Please kindly check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering shipping company or when you pick the item up- do not confuse them for additional shipment charges. And we do not have responsibility for any custom tax/duties/VAT (Value Added Tax).
3.We will not provide Shipping Refunds due to weather related delivery delays
4.We do not take responsibility for goods confiscated by customs officials or by similar authorities.
5.Orders are not returnable or refundable because of unexpected customs duties or other taxes
Basic Shipping Conditions
1.Correct Address: Please advise us correct address so we can send the parcel to the correct address. If the address or post code are incorrect, the package will be returned to us.
2.Available Contact Number: Please advise us the contact number can be reached so the courier can contact you directly when the parcel dispatched. Otherwise the package arrived and nobody sign it or the TEL is not available, then the package will be returned to us.
Please note: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect information you provided. In that case, EIE will arrange the reshipment to you. But all associated cost will be born by customers.
Damaged Shipment Claims
1.If you receive a product with damaged packaging, inspect the items carefully for damage. If there is damage, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will return to EIE carbon.
2.If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform EIE carbon of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned package tracking NO.
3.If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement product. EIE carbon will send you free replacement rim ,but customer will bear the shipping for reshipment.
4.If the package is in good condition, but the product is significantly damaged during shipment, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us within 7 Natural days after the delivery.
Lost Shipment Claims
Packages sometimes get lost in transit.
1.When you found your shipping time over 40 days , please contact our customer service directly. We will handle it at the first time in our working days. It may take some times to let our forwarder to find out the reasons.
2.You also can ask your local related office for help, provide them your tracking numbers and let them help to find out the reasons.
3.All lost package claims must be made 60 days after order shipped out.
4.Please note: Packages lost due to incorrect address information of the customer provided. EIE do not take any responsibilities.
