How Do I Place My Orders

1.You can buy the product directly through this website,which is the easiest and most convenient way.Once you have found the items you would like to purchase ,select the wanted configuration ,then add it to your shopping cart.Then just follow the checkout process to complete your order.We will send you an order confirmation email after receiving your order.

2.Open our online chat to ask our customer service to assist you to process the order.

3.Send the detailed product specs to us by email (sales@eiecarbon.com) ,our sales will help confirm your order.

What Is Your Typically Delivery Time?

We will take about 3-4 weeks to manufacture the rim,and a complete wheels set requires an extra 2 days to build.

Generally,if you place your order during our working time (Monday - Friday: 9:30 am - 18:30 pm GMT+8),your order will be processed on the same day.Otherwise,your order will be processed in the next business days.

1)Shipping by EMS will take around 3-4 weeks from 2020+.

2)Shipping by XDB/WXY will take around 2-3 weeks from 2020+.

3)Shipping by FedEx/DHL/TNT/UPS will take around 5 -10 business days from 2020+.
Taxes, VAT Charges?

We can declare a lower value of the order to help you to avoid paying taxes or paying less tax. But we're not obliged to pay the import taxes and fees for your country.The taxes are dependent on your country's policies and rules.

Of course,we can offer a prepaid tax service.Please reach out to us (sales@eiecarbon.com) for assistance.
Can I make Custom Decals?

Yes,we certainly can offer this kind of service.

Please email us a picture,and describe your clear and detailed request .We will provide a quote for you after checking your requirements and your design that would require your approval before proceeding.The cost depends on the size of the decals and the number of colors you choose.

Generally ,a simple graphic with 1-3 colors usually costs about 25USD-60USD.A larger size and more colors would be a higher cost.

There is no charge for the EIE decal.
Can You Drill For Custom Spokes,Different Spoke Holes, Angled Holes?

EIE can drill any custom spoke type (like hidden spoke,UST spokes etc.) and offer various spoke counts as per your request.
Regarding the angled holes,please provide us with clear and detailed information ,we will consult with our engineer with regard to viability.

Can EIE Build Wheels With My Own Hubs?

Yes,we can.Please email us with this request.
After you have completed the purchase of rims and other parts with us ,we will provide you with the shipping information so that you can send the hubs to us for the build process.
Does EIE Rim Require Nipple Washers While Building?

All of our EIE rims do not need to use nipple washers to build the wheels.Thanks
What Warranties Are EIE's Products Covered By?

For all carbon rims we sell free from manufacturing defects,free from defects in workmanship and materials,under normal use and conditions,for a period of (2) years for the orginal invoice date.

Can I Make Payment By Credit Card Or Debit Card?

Yes,if you don't have a PayPal account and prefer to pay by Credit Card or Debit Card,you may do this when placing an order on our website, you may follow steps below:

I have 29 x 40mm wide assemetric rims from you. I'm rebuilding them onto new hubs. What spoke tension is recommeded. for MTB use? thanks

@Michael Smith As for building information,we always suggest 120-130kgf on drive side for both front and rear ,and non drive side is adjusted by drive side spoke tension ,they should be even and will be around 90kgf .Hope this helps you. Hi EIE team member, I am very interested in purchasing one of your MTB rims, but was wondering about the finish. Of course I have seen all kind of options on the website and Instagram but I do not know then which finish belongs to what. Is there an overview? I am especially doubting between UD matte, UD satin finish, UD painteless and a random 12K weave. Looking forward hearing from you, many thanks in advance. Best regards from the Netherlands Tom

As for the finish we talked about is painting finish including:matte ,glossy,satin(Semi-glossy and semi-matte), colored painting and paintless (without painting),that is raw carbon fiber looks. And weave we talked about is UD,3K,12K and others including 3K twill,12K twill,marble etc.,this is talking carbon fiber.
