What Is IN-MOLD-DECORATION?
The IN-MOLD-DECORATION process is an innovative surface treatment technique that sets itself apart from traditional coating methods. Unlike conventional approaches that require painting to conceal surface imperfections, our paint-free process allows the final product to maintain its original appearance straight out of the mold, eliminating the need for additional modifications.
While this advanced manufacturing technique presents challenges due to strict aesthetic requirements, it results in superior quality products.
To enhance the aesthetic of carbon fiber and provide a more vivid texture, we use a customized epoxy resin. This material ensures that the carbon fiber surface is clear and lifelike, with no color discrepancies.
