1.No Holes On Rim Bead (Tubeless Ready)

As is known to all, being truly tubeless, and in fact tubeless tape are no longer necessary, the unique "No Holes On Rim Bead" wheels are easier and faster to handle in tire mounting and installing, while avoiding possible quality issues with regard to tubeless tape in terms of sealing performance.

2.Hidden/internal nipple hole

The diameter on external nipple hole is 4.5mm(Standard option).

The diameter on internal nipple hole is 2.5mm.

3.Custom Holes Count/Angle/Dia/Pattern.

EIE offers variety custom holes service.If you have any special requests on holes count ,angle ,diameter, pattern and others ,please reach out to us .We will consult with our engineer on further assistance.

5.Custom Valve Hole Dia.

We provide Presta valve hole as standard option,whose assembly hole diameter is 6.5mm.Of course,there are sometime having other valve hole diameter like Schrader valve hole ,which assembly hole is 8.0mm.If you have any special requirements for the valve hole diameter,please reach out to us for assistance.All the hole diameter are customizable.By the way,it is the most popular to have Presta valves on high-end mountain bikes or road bikes.

We specialize in custom decals for the carbon bicycle rims. The logo here is with decal, not sticker. The product line will apply the decal on rims after rims sanding process and do glossy/matte finish to cover carbon bike rims. The decal will be very firm and not removable or peel off from rim surface. So, we cannot supply decals separately. The decal is only available when ordering rims from here together.

For the decal graphic, you can take your team or club name, sponsor name or logos, even your own name etc. into the consideration. Easy to find your ride with your name on there. Not only writings or logos, maybe your bike carbon wheels just need a splash of color to match your frame, handlebar tape or socks. While we all love a bit of carbon sometimes it just needs something cool.

If you want to do the bike decal design file(vector diagram) by yourself, please feel free to contact us for the rim template accordingly. Our professional graphic engineers also can help do the decal file for your reference. It will be better to tell us what kinds of graphic you'd like, such as font, color, shape or your idea, we will try to meet your need.

Mold Cost: To get a quote, please reach out to sales@eiecarbon.com ,then simply tell us the mold size (profile ,internal/outer width,height) you wanna and ideal product weight.

Rim Testing: Upon mold completion (typically 3 weeks), we perform destructive testing and e-mail the data for review. Two test rims will be delivered to the customer for first reviewing and approval.If rim alterations are desired, we will provide two additional test rims at no charge.We allow up to six free samples for customer testing.Extra rims beyond this point would have to be charged. Please note that all shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Engineering Advice:If you do not have an in-house composite engineer, our staff can assist in all aspects of the design.The EIE engineering team is very experienced and we will offer you professional advice on all aspects of the design from the beginning, so once the mold is determined, it seldom needs to be changed.However, we recommend a small production run in the initial phase.

Lead Time: Lead times are 3-4 weeks for most orders, with approximately 2 weeks shipping (EMS air shipping by default). If you require a faster transit, DHL/FedEx/TNT/UPS shipping are available at an up-charge. Container shipping is also available for large orders.

Payment: Paypal (3.5% fee added), or Wire Transfer (USD10-USD40 fee). Order amount exceeds 5000USD can be 60% down payment ,40% balance payment before shipment.
