EIECARBON WARRANTY

EIE Carbon offer this warranty is aimed to ensure that all products we sell are free from defects and all passed the QC test before shipment.
EIE Carbon carries 2-year warranty (from the date of purchasing) for all carbon bike rim we sell including the existing MTB rims ,road rims,fat bike rims,BMX rims and upcoming new models.

WARRANTY

  • EIE Carbon Offer Warranty For Rims

    1.Within 6 months from date of purchase:

    If the rim quality issue is caused by manufacturing defects. EIE Carbon will send you the free replacement rim and bear the re-sending freight,but other expenses shall be adsorbed by the buyer.


    2.After 6 months from date of purchase:

    Free replace the damaged rims. EIE Carbon and customers shall bear 50% of the freight cost respectively.

  • EIE Carbon Offer Warranty For Wheels

    1.Within 6 months from the date of purchase

    1)Used

    If the wheels quality is caused by rim manufacturing defects.EIE Carbon will send you the free replacement rim,bear the reshipment’s freight and compensate $30 for customers to rebuild wheels in local bike shop,but other expenses shall be adsorbed by the buyer.


    2)Unused

    If the wheels quality is caused by rim manufacturing defects.Customer is not allowed to use the wheels and EIE has right to ask buyer to send the whole wheels back to us.We will rearrange to send new wheels to customer after receiving the returned package within 2 weeks .In this case ,EIE will bear the shipping cost for returned package $50 at best as well as the shipping cost for resent package.The shipping cost of returned package will be refunded to customer by PayPal.The other expenses shall be adsorbed by the buyer.


    If the wheels quality is caused by rim manufacturing defects and EIE does not need customer to send it back to us.EIE will send new free replacement rim to customer,bear the reshipment's freight and compensate $30 for customers to rebuild wheels at local bike shop,but other expenses shall be adsorbed by the buyer.

    2.After 6 months after the date of purchase:

  • Warranty Terms

    1.The warranty is valid for 2-years from the date of purchase and shall only available for the original purchaser.


    2.This warranty does not apply to defects caused by heavily impact, negligence, accidents, misuse, incorrect accessories or tires installation, modifications, or normal wear and tear etc.


    3.From our professional judgment, we may advise you a heavier duty version if the complaint occurred. If we no longer produce the rim you originally purchased,then we’ll upgrade you to the newest equivalent model at no extra cost.


    4.After received the warranty products and inspected found problems, please reject the package on the spot or lodge claims within 7 days, otherwise the warranty shall be deemed to finish. The warranty period is only available for original products, and no longer for products replaced.


    5.This warranty does not cover the problem like cosmetic issues such as decals, clear coat, and others surface scratches.


    6.EIE is not responsible for any injury or liability resulting from the use of rims sold by EIE carbon.


    7.This warranty is only valid for rims manufactured by EIE and is not valid for wheel accessories such as spoke, hubs, nipple,valve stem etc.

  • How To Submit Your Claims?

    Please email to your original sales and CC:support@eiecarbon.com.Then you need provide below information to process complaint :


    1.Firstly:Original purchaser information including receiver's name,email,payment record ,serial number of product(This is besides to valve hole on rim bead),product details etc.


    2.Secondly:Attached a detailed description and picture of the incident and the damage of rims for our service team to inspect.


    3.Thirdly:Describe the cycling condition while you found the occurrence including rider weight, tire pressure and terrain .


    4.Lastly:EIE will reply to you with the solution and advice within 24hours in our working day.


    Note:All the replacement rim will be sent to you after 14 natural days or 8-10 business days as we need to reproduce it according to your order.

  • Crash Replacement

    EIE crash replacement means customers can get a fair discount on their new rims after the unfortunately accident happened and customer can not get our warranty policy.It is added for all EIE Carbon customers from 2019.

    Crash replacement support is only available for all EIE Carbon rims. Other EIE Carbon products are excluded from this extra service.


    1.Crash Replacement For EIE SL Rims


    EIE Carbon offer Crash Replacement for superlight model of Road,MTB,Fat rims and BMX rims.


    • 1st year from date of purchase:45% reduction on the sales price


    • 2nd year after date of purchase:40% reduction on the sales price


    • 3rd year after date of purchase:30% reduction on the sales price


    2.Crash Replacement For EIE Common Rims


    EIE Carbon offer Crash Replacement for common model of Road, MTB,Fat rims and BMX rims


    • 1st year from date of purchase:35% reduction on the sales price


    • 2nd year after date of purchase:30% reduction on the sales price


    • 3rd year after date of purchase:25% reduction on the sales price


    Note: All freight costs, customs, and duties incurred will be borne by customers

  • Crash Replacement Conditions

    1.The crash replacement offer is valid for 3 years from the date of purchase and shall only available for the original purchaser.


    2.Only genuine claims will be accepted, and whether the claim is accepted or not will depend on EIE Carbon.


    3.This service will be applied only if the function is completely damaged but exclude slight damage such as appearance wear out.


    4.This service does not apply to products that have been replaced under warranty or guarantee.


    5.Please kindly note this discount cannot be used for any other offer or promotion, including in sales item.


    6.The service does not apply to negligent or willful damage.


    7.After received the replacement rims and inspected found problems,please reject the package on the spot or lodge claims within 7 days,otherwise the warranty shall be deemed to finish.The crash replacement period is only available for original products,and no longer for products replaced.

  • How To Process Crash Replacement?

    Please email to your original sales and CC:support@eiecarbon.com.Customers applying for this service are required to provide the following requirements.


    Firstly, show payment record to prove you as original purchaser.


    Secondly,attached a detailed description of the incident and the damage of rims for our service team to inspect.


    Lastly:EIE will reply to you with the advice and quote within 24hours in our working day.


    If urgent requirement ,please contact an online customer service specialist for assistance.

  • Return And Exchange Policy

    If you find a problem with the product within 7 working days of receipt, please contact EIE immediately for return and exchange.You need to follow below condition:


    1.If customer received the product is not the one they ordered, you can contact EIE Carbon to send it back to us for exchange.


    2.Special/unstockable order will not be considered for return and refund unless the issue is due to an error made by EIE carbon.


    3.Special discount goods (e.g., clearance items, limited discount goods, etc.), if there is no quality problem, we do not support the return or replacement of goods


    4.The returned or exchanged goods need to be agreed by EIE carbon .


    5.Returned products shall be in good condition and with original package as well as not affect secondary sales.


    6.The refund agreed by EIE will be returned to the customer within 3 business days after receipt of the product.


    The Postage For:


    1.Return or replacement of non-commodity quality problems shall be borne by the buyer (calculated according to the actual freight).


    2.If the mistake is made by EIE carbon ,EIE carbon will bear the returned cost $50 at most .The other associated cost will be adsorbed by customer.

  • Damaged Upon Delivery

     Check the product carefully before signature!!!


    1. If you receive a product with damaged packaging, inspect the items carefully for damage. If there is no damage, sign for the product. If there is damage, report this on the delivery slip or, alternatively, refuse the shipment and it will return to EIE carbon. If a claim is made against the shipping company, they will provide a compensation number. Please inform EIE carbon of this number for delivery tracking. Arrangements for reshipment will be made within 10 business days upon receiving the returned package tracking NO#.


    2. If the items are damaged but accepted and not reported, there is no recourse against the delivery company and you are responsible for purchasing any replacement product.EIE carbon will send you free replacement rim ,but customer will bear the shipping for reshipment.


    3. If the package is in good condition, but the product is significantly damaged during shipment, please keep the waybill, packaging, etc. and contact us within 7 Natural days after the delivery.
