The A29C25D22 asymmetric 29 inch XC rim. Do you run the asymmetric rim on front and rear? I understand running it on the rear, what is the advantage on the front? What is the difference in the weaves? A29C25D22 versus A29C25D22S? This will be my everyday wheelset (I'm pretty easy on wheels). I assume the non S model will be stronger and more durable then the standard A29C25D22? Thank you Doug

Hello Doug, Thanks for your inquiry. As for your questons, please see answers below: 1)Do you run the asymmetric rim on front and rear? Yes,we do. 2)I understand running it on the rear, what is the advantage on the front? There are two advatages.First, the asymmetric rim on the front will improve spoke tension and balance on the wheel system. It means that the wheel is stronger, and spokes less likely to pull through.Second,it will reduce dishing and the right side spoke tension, which moves lots of weight to the center of the wheel, not the outside. 3)What is the difference in the weaves? There are three most common weaves UD, 3k and 12k.UD carbon(Uni-Directional) has fibers that run the same way rather than being woven together. 3K means there are 3,000 filaments per "tow". 12K means there are 12,000 filaments per "tow". Ther are some different between them. UD weave creates a very strong structure. But, if you drill a large hole in the middle of the rim, it has compromised the strength of the entire structure because you've cut/drilled almost all the fibers. For 3k, it

Hello I m interested in your A29C25H22 carbon rim. Before I order I have some questions: I would like to have very light rims. Is it possible for you to select the lightest ones you have on stock for me? Which colour has the decal (there is no choice in the configurator)? I would like to have black decals, if any. Is the EIE decal removable? Could you send the rims with a proforma invoice, indicating that these are samples to avoid high taxes? Many thanks for you reply. Best regard Edwin
